Recognized in the Republic of Korea as a pianist whose performance is infused with soul, Yoonyoung was born and raised in Korea’s third biggest city, Daegu. In her hometown, she graduated from the Kyungpook National University of Daegu with a Master’s degree in Piano.
In addition to her solo work, she is known for her sensitive accompaniment, for which a special talent, distinct from that of a soloist, is required. Her career includes serving as accompanist for groups such as the Women’s Choir in Sungnam City, KNU Seoul Singers, and Simon Choir.
Her album of classical piano music, “Forest of the Piano” is available as a CD for purchase on this site, and it can also be downloaded and streamed on all popular streaming platforms.
